IT'S OK TO NEED HELP
Your identity is not in your clutter or lack or clutter. Let’s move past that and clear things up!
Does pride stop you from reaching out for help?
Do you feel like you should have it all together and projecting that facade has left you stuck, not able to be real?
As an entrepreneur, I run into that so much. I have a computer programming background with skills above a novice but the “image of my skillset” has stopped me from reaching out for help many times. Oh so many times I have struggled for hours, days, weeks trying to find the answer on my own. If I just let down this need to project that image that I have it all together then I would have quick help.
NO ONE cared that I wasn’t living up to the image I had in my head, they NEVER saw it, NEVER looked for it, DIDN’T care. It was my own battle… with MYSELF! Dumb! Sigh! It stopped my forward movement and delayed my progress.
I reach out a lot more now, community groups, webinars, friends farther along the path than myself. I have learned that 99% of people want to cheer you on and they love to be needed. I love to be needed! I love serving you who let me help you on your decluttering journey.
It’s worth putting aside the image you have “it” all together in an area and just get help so you can get moving in the things you are meant to be… faster! The world needs you and if your clutter is holding you back, reach out, get help for that short season to be pushed forward, past it!
You are not a failure for having a clutter issue, you are not less than, it is not your identity.
